How to add a folder to dropbox without moving it. Now drag the folder you want to link to into the command prompt window from an explorer window. Find the shared folder you want to access. Another easy way to do this with terminal is type the ln s part then from finder drag the folderfile that you want into the terminal window then drag the dropbox folder and hit return. Click ellipsis next to the folder name and select add. This causes fewer problems with the windows file system.
